 He specialises in helping Business Leaders, Doctors, Lawers and Psychologists to improve performance.

Dr Mike Drayton is a Consultant Psychologist and Business Coach. He has studied psychology to Doctoral level. Mike has worked with some of the most difficult individuals and toughest teams in the UK. He has developed unique and powerful skills in communicating, solving problems and getting results.
